On the logistics side, their music and promotional materials were submitted on time, they were early to sound check, the cue sheets were clearly written out and easy to follow, and they were communicative with staff leading up to their stage show. As performers, they brought a themed, interactive set that kept the audience engaged throughout. The set even involved the AV team meaning everyone felt like they were part of the experience.
